IIFAC-E accredited group facilitator and member of the Process Work Institute.

From 1998 to 2012 I worked as an editor and producer in the film industry. Founding partner of the production company Pantalla Partida, I produced, among others, the feature films La herida (6 Goya nominations), Mapa (Goya nomination for Best Documentary) and Septiembre del 75 (Tiempo de Historia Award, Seminci).

In 2010 I started to link filmmaking with social activities through Tabacanal, a video collective at CSA La Tabacalera de Lavapiés, and undertook a process of personal change and transformation that led me to live for some years in Garaldea, an intentional community focused on working with addictions and social exclusion from an ecofeminist perspective.

I discovered group facilitation in 2012 and fell in love with what it offered: theoretical frameworks to understand group complexity and practical tools to navigate it with more awareness and better outcomes. After completing the three-year IIFACe accredited training with Altekio, I started working as a group facilitator in 2015.

Since then, I accompany groups, teams and organizations in their internal processes (Fundación Biodiversidad, Colegio Profesional de Arqueología de Madrid or CECU, among others), I design and implement citizen participation processes for public institutions (Proceso Sueca for the City Council of Madrid, Cohabita Rivas for the EMV of Rivas-Vaciamadrid or Eating against collapse for Medialab-Prado), I provide my facilitation services for Deliberative Democracy processes (Conference for the future of Europe, promoted by the European Parliament, the Council and the European Commission; Global Assembly, promoted by different institutions and supported by the UN and the Citizens Climate Assembly, promoted by the Ministry for Ecological Transition of the Spanish Government) and I organize training courses on different collaborative methodologies.

Together with Daniele Cibati, from Creo Común, Facilitando el cambio, I have been leading since 2019 the project Centrifugados, Facilitation and Training for male change, with which we promote spaces for men interested in transforming their masculinity, we carry out interventions in the educational field and organize workshops and trainings to work on different areas of masculinity and gender. Since 2018, using the Process Work framework, I accompany individuals and relationships in their processes.

I have been practicing Tai Chi for more than a decade, and I have recently reconnected with the cinema, making a collective documentary about Lakabe and several videos for Social Economy organizations based in Madrid. I am a member of Entrepatios S Coop, a co-housing cooperative that promotes alternatives to the speculative real estate market with social and environmental criteria. I am part of IIFACe and the Process Work Institute.
